Theo Moudakis

Theo Moudakis has been editorial cartoonist for the Toronto Star since 2000. He began his career at The Gazette in Montreal, working along-side Terry "Aislin" Mosher, who calls Moudakis "The best damn (young) cartoonist in Canada". Mou garnered headlines in 1996 when he organized "The Unpublishables", Canada's first-ever exhibit of unpublished cartoons, and has since won numerous distinctions including a National Newspaper Award in 2004. His cartoons have appeared in most Canadian newspapers, as well as The New York Times, Time Magazine, and Mad Magazine. He has done radio work for CBC, and some television for MuchMusic.
